Keep the question to one standard text message (160 characters) and you will receive an answer (also limited to the one text message) on your mobile phone. You don't want to incur additional charges for sending too long a message, so keep the question short and sweet.

It is best not to reply to a message from me as it will cost you another $3.00. If you have feedback or, for some reason, you did not receive a reply to a question send us an email and what you sent and when and we will sort it out.
